Return Policy

At Minu Printing & Packaging, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Custom or personalized printed items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error caused by us.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom printed packaging (with your logo, design, etc.)

Clearance or sale items

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or contains a printing mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

Return Process
Email us at minupackaging@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
